Pollen will sync the following data from Attio to power your AI customer success agent:

• Companies & Contacts — Pollen reads your Attio workspace to build a complete map of your customer accounts, key stakeholders, and relationship history.
• Deal & Account Stages — Pollen monitors stage changes and account health signals to detect when customers are at risk or ready to expand.
• Notes & Activity — Historical interactions logged in Attio are used to give Pollen context on each relationship, so it can take informed, personalized action.
• Custom Attributes — Any custom fields you've configured in Attio (ARR, tier, renewal date, health score) are pulled in to enrich Pollen's understanding of each account.

You will need to be on the Pollen Pro plan to use this app. Once connected, authorize Pollen to access your Attio workspace using OAuth. Pollen will request read and write access to your Companies, People, Deals, Notes, and custom object types. No manual field mapping is required — Pollen automatically detects your workspace schema on first sync. Initial sync typically completes within a few minutes. You can configure which workspaces and object types Pollen has access to from your Pollen dashboard under Settings → Integrations → Attio.
