Review who has access to your Attio workspace

Overview

Oneleet is a security and compliance platform. It helps companies get and stay compliant with frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Oneleet connects to the tools a company uses and keeps a list of who has an account in each one. Security and compliance teams use that list to run access reviews and to check that people who leave the company lose their access.

The Oneleet app for Attio adds your Attio workspace to that list, so your Attio members are included whenever you review who has access to your systems.

How it works

After you connect Attio, Oneleet regularly reads the members of your Attio workspace. For each member it stores their name, email address, avatar and access level (admin, member or suspended).

In Oneleet, each Attio member appears as an account for the Attio vendor and is linked to the matching person in your organization by email address. When you run an access review, reviewers see every Attio member and confirm whether each one still needs access.

The app only requests read access to workspace members. It doesn't read or change your records, objects, lists, notes, tasks or any other Attio data.

Configure

You need an Oneleet account, and an admin of the Attio workspace needs to approve the connection.

To connect Attio, open Integrations in Oneleet and choose Attio. Click Connect, and Oneleet sends you to Attio. Choose the Attio workspace you want to connect and approve the access request. Attio then sends you back to Oneleet, where the new connection appears on the Attio integration page.

Your Attio members show up in Oneleet a few minutes after the first sync. To disconnect, remove the connection from the Attio integration page in Oneleet, or uninstall the app in Attio.
