Overview
Ventos is an AI operating layer for VC and investment firms. The Attio integration brings CRM data and workflows into Ventos, allowing teams to search and analyze their records in context, then create and update the CRM.
With the Attio integration, your CRM becomes the foundation of your firm's institutional memory. Ventos indexes your contacts, companies, deal notes, and pipeline stages, then makes all of it queryable in plain language - from Slack, WhatsApp, or email, without opening a tab.
How it works
Ventos connects Attio to your organisation's AI workspace. It indexes Attio records and notes so your team can search CRM data, ask questions, and get context-aware answers in Ventos.
Ventos also takes actions in Attio on behalf of the user. Users can create and update records, create and update notes, manage tasks and list entries, and upload files to Attio records.
Configure
Setup steps:

Log in to your Ventos workspace at app.ventos.vc

Navigate to Integrations → CRM → Attio

Click "Connect Attio" and complete the OAuth authorization flow

Select which workspaces and lists Ventos should index

Allow the initial sync to complete (typically a few minutes depending on CRM size)
