Overview
Regional Task Queue turns up to the first 1,999 incomplete Attio tasks assigned to the current member into a focused queue for regional execution. It groups the loaded tasks into AUS, Europe, US and Other, then groups each region by task type and sorts tasks by deadline, with undated work last.
Everything stays inside Attio. Open the queue from companies or people, review one slice at a time and mark each task complete as you work. No external account, workspace setting or service connection is required.
How it works
Regional Task Queue loads up to the first 1,999 incomplete tasks assigned to the current Attio member. The final result of the fourth API page is used only to detect whether more tasks exist. When the result is truncated, the dialog states exactly how many were loaded. The app derives a region from the primary location of a linked person or company. When a person has no location, the app can use the location of their linked company. A leading square bracket label in the task title becomes its type. Tasks without that label appear as UNCATEGORIZED. Within each type, dated tasks appear in deadline order and tasks without a deadline appear last.
Open companies or people.
Click Show menu.
Choose Regional task queue.
Choose a region.
Choose a type.
Select a task.
Click Mark complete.
Repeat to process the displayed queue.
Before completion, the app verifies that the selected task is still incomplete and assigned to the active member. It marks only that task complete, refreshes the queue and keeps the member in the same focused workflow.
Configure
No external account, API key, service connection or workspace setting is required. After an Attio admin installs the app and approves its permissions, members can open companies or people and launch Regional task queue from Show menu.
User Management read access identifies the active workspace member. Records read access retrieves the names and primary locations of linked people and companies. Object Configuration read access resolves linked object identifiers. Tasks read and write access lists the active member’s incomplete tasks, verifies the selected task and marks that task complete. The app does not create, delete or edit people or company records.
For clear type groups, begin a task title with a square bracket label such as [CALL], [EMAIL] or [FOLLOW-UP]. Any task without a leading label remains available under UNCATEGORIZED. Region groups use the primary location on linked people or companies. The app performs no scheduled processing and makes no background writes.
