How it works
Venta AI syncs bidirectionally with your Attio workspace:
From Attio → Venta AI:
- Companies (name, website, owner)
- Contacts (name, email, job title, phone, company association)
- Users (for owner assignment)
From Venta AI → Attio:
- New companies discovered through AI research
- New contacts found by Venta AI
- Activity notes from outreach sequences
Syncs run automatically to keep both systems up to date. Venta AI matches existing records intelligently—avoiding duplicates by comparing names, emails, and domains.
Configure
Requirements:
- An active Venta AI subscription (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise plan)
- Admin access to your Attio workspace
Setup:
- Log in to Venta AI and navigate to Settings → Integrations
- Click "Connect CRM" and select Attio
- Authorize Venta AI to access your Attio workspace
- Configure optional custom field mappings for your workflows
After connecting, your initial sync will import existing companies and contacts. Ongoing syncs happen automatically.
