How it works

KrispCall’s integration with Attio CRM provides a seamless way for businesses to manage all customer communications directly within their CRM, enhancing efficiency and visibility across teams. Through this integration, users can place calls or send SMS messages directly from the Attio interface using KrispCall’s cloud-based telephony platform, removing the need to switch between multiple applications. Every interaction, including incoming and outgoing calls, SMS messages, call duration, direction, and any notes taken during or after the call, is automatically logged in the relevant Attio contact record. Additionally, call recordings and voicemails from KrispCall are linked to the corresponding contacts, ensuring that teams have full context for each conversation.

The integration also keeps contact information synchronized between KrispCall and Attio, preventing duplicate entries and ensuring that communication history is tied to accurate CRM profiles. By centralizing all communication data, teams gain a comprehensive view of every customer interaction, making it easier to follow up, personalize outreach, and track engagement over time. Furthermore, this setup supports workflow automation, allowing triggers such as sending SMS or updating CRM fields based on communication activity. Configure

  • Sign up and log in: Make sure you have active accounts for both KrispCall and Attio.Log in to KrispCall and navigate to the Integrations section.
  • Connect Attio: In KrispCall’s integration settings, select Attio.You will be prompted to authorize KrispCall to access your Attio workspace.Provide the necessary API keys or login credentials from Attio to establish the connection.
  • Select data sync options: Choose which data should sync between KrispCall and Attio, such as calls, SMS, call recordings, and notes.Set whether the sync is one-way (from KrispCall to Attio) or two-way (so updates in Attio reflect in KrispCall as well).
  • Map fields: Map KrispCall data fields to Attio contact fields. For example, call duration, call type (incoming/outgoing), or SMS logs can be mapped to the appropriate fields in Attio.Ensure phone numbers in KrispCall correspond to the correct contacts in Attio to prevent duplicates.
  • Enable click-to-call and SMS: Activate the option to make calls or send SMS directly from Attio.Test with a few contacts to ensure calls and messages go through and are logged correctly.
  • Test the integration: Place a test call and send a test SMS from Attio to confirm that the activity appears in the contact’s timeline.Check that notes, recordings, and messages are synced correctly.
