Support office hours
Attio’s Customer Support office hours are from 4am until 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, except on United States holidays. Inquiries made outside these hours will receive a response on the next working day within office hours.
Response times and prioritization
Attio’s Customer Support team's initial response times are typically under 1 hour during office hours, though this can vary based on the type and urgency of the inquiry. Pro and Enterprise customers’ inquiries are prioritized to receive a response more quickly than other inquiries. Issues reported by Pro and Enterprise customers will also be prioritized for quicker resolution times.
