Grant workspace access to an Attio Expert
Give an Attio expert admin access for help with workspace setup and management.
When you are ready to work with an Attio expert, this guide walks you through how to invite them to your workspace.
What happens when you grant an expert access?
Once an Attio expert accepts your invitation, they are granted admin access to your workspace. A few key points:
Experts invited via the Expert access grants page do not count toward your subscription seats, so your billing will not be affected.
Experts have the same access as regular admins, including managing Workspace settings and viewing all lists.
Accepted experts appear in all user dropdowns, such as user attributes and task assignees.
You can customize the expiration date when sending an invite (with a maximum of 30 days of access), and you can revoke an expert’s access at any time.
Invite an Attio expert
Admins can invite an Attio expert by following these steps:
Click your workspace name at the top of the left-hand sidebar.
Choose Workspace settings from the dropdown.
Navigate to Expert access grants in the left-hand menu.
Click Invite Attio Expert.
Under Send invite to, add the expert’s email address. Only experts listed in Attio’s directory can be invited.
Set an Expiration date, a maximum of 30 days in the future. After this date, the expert’s access will be revoked, regardless of when they accept. You can re-invite them later if needed.
Click Confirm to send the invite.
Note: You can have up to three Attio experts with access at a time.
