Make phone calls to your Attio records through RingCentral.

Connect Attio with RingCentral to make phone calls to your person records through the RingCentral dialer.

Install RingCentral app

Note that you must be a workspace admin to install the RingCentral app. Follow these steps to integrate Attio with RingCentral for the first time:

  1. Click on your workspace name, select Workspace settings from the dropdown, then Apps in the sidebar.

  2. Find the RingCentral app and click Install.

Once installed, each workspace member who wants to make calls with RingCentral needs to also connect their RingCentral account.

Connect RingCentral account with Attio

Once an admin has installed the RingCentral app, each workspace member should follow these steps to connect their own RingCentral account with Attio:

  1. Click on your workspace name, select Account settings from the dropdown, then Apps in the sidebar.

  2. Find and open the RingCentral app.

  3. Click + Connect, which will take you to RingCentral.

  4. Log in, and click Authorize to allow Attio to make calls on your behalf.

  5. Once done, you should see the new connection to RingCentral is Connected.

Call a record in Attio with RingCentral

Once the app is installed and you've set up a connection, follow these steps to make a call with RingCentral:

  1. Open the person or company record page for the contact you want to call. Make sure a phone number has been added to the person record’s phone number attribute.

  2. Click the Call (RingCentral) button from the top-right corner. If you're calling from a company record, choose the team member you want to call.

  3. The app will call you on your RingCentral desktop or mobile app.

  4. Accept the call, and press 1 to connect.
