Productboard app
Send customer feedback from Attio records and calls to Productboard.
With Attio’s Productboard app, you can capture customer feedback from Attio calls and records and send it directly to Productboard. This helps your team track trends and prioritize what to build next.
Install Productboard app
To install the Productboard app, you must be a workspace admin. Here's how to get started:
Click your workspace name, select Workspace settings, then go to Apps in the sidebar.
Open the Productboard app and click Install.
Connect Productboard account with Attio
After the app is installed, each workspace member must connect their own Productboard account.
Click your workspace name, select Account settings, then go to Apps in the sidebar.
Open the Productboard app.
Click Connect and sign into Productboard if prompted.
Authorize the app to read, manage, and create notes on your behalf.
Once connected, the status will update to Connected.
Send customer insights to Productboard
You can send customer feedback to Productboard from:
Person and company records
Call recording transcripts, summaries, and insights
Send insights from record pages
To send feedback from a person, company, or deal record, open the record and choose one of the following:
Quick actions: Press command/control + K, search for Productboard, then select Send feedback.
Record actions: Click Send feedback in the top right of the record page.
Send insights from calls
When viewing a call recording, highlight feedback in the transcript, summary, or insights, then select Send feedback.
Submit feedback details to Productboard
A window will open where you can fill in the feedback details:
Person or Company (required): Select the record associated with the feedback.
Feedback (required): Add a description of the customer’s feedback. If you highlighted text before opening the app, it will be inserted automatically. You can edit or expand it as needed.
Tag (optional): Apply an existing Productboard tag to help categorize the feedback.
Click Submit to send the feedback to Productboard.
The note will appear in Productboard labeled “Feedback from Attio” and linked to the selected customer. Your team can connect the feedback to feature ideas and use it to inform the product roadmap.
