Make business feel more personal and turn important customer moments into direct mail. With Scribeless, sales, marketing and customer success teams can send handwritten notes, cards, letters, and postcards directly from Attio, using your contact data to personalize each send.

Use Scribeless to follow up after meetings, revive stalled opportunities, thank customers, support renewals, and stand out with prospects when email is not enough.

After the app is installed, an admin connects a Scribeless API key as the workspace connection. Users can open a person record, choose Send Scribeless mailer from the record actions menu, select a campaign, review recipient and postal fields, and send the person to Scribeless. Teams can also use Attio workflows to call the app webhook and create recipients automatically when a record joins a list or meets a trigger.

Install the app in your Attio workspace, then connect it to Scribeless with a Scribeless API key. The key is validated with Scribeless and used server-side to load available campaigns and create recipients. You need an active Scribeless account, at least one recurring or test campaign, and people records with the postal fields required by the campaign. Keep workflow triggers narrow while testing because successful runs create real Scribeless recipients.
