Overview
RevenueHero is the inbound conversion layer for B2B revenue teams. When a prospect fills out a demo, pricing, or contact-sales form, RevenueHero qualifies them, matches them to the right account and owner in Attio, routes the meeting to the correct rep, and books it on a live calendar in under three seconds.
The Attio app brings every inbound touchpoint into the CRM your team already runs on. Bookings, reschedules, no-shows, and completions flow back to the same Person record without manual logging. Workspace Members keep ownership in lockstep with how Attio is already structured, so round-robin distribution respects existing account, contact, and territory rules.
What you get:
- Qualified inbound demos booked in seconds, not days
- Existing Attio account and contact ownership honored on every routed meeting
- Live meeting state (Upcoming, Completed, No Show, Cancelled) on the Person record, no manual entry
- Round-robin distribution against your live Attio Workspace Member list, with vacation handling and no-show credits
- Campaign and router attribution on every booked Person
Built for revenue teams who treat inbound as their highest-intent channel and want a CRM-native scheduling layer that stays out of the way.
How it works
RevenueHero will sync the following data from Attio:
- Workspace Members (used for rep selection, owner attribution, and round-robin distribution)
- Companies (matched by primary domain, for account-based routing)
- People (matched by email address, for contact-based routing)
- Deals (latest deal per Person, for opportunity-aware routing rules)
- Custom field options on People, Companies, and Deals, so you can build matching and distribution rules against your existing Attio schema
RevenueHero writes the following to the matched Attio Person record after every booking event:
- rh_meeting_type, rh_router_name, rh_campaign_name (which form, router, and campaign brought the lead in)
- rh_meeting_status: Upcoming, Completed, No Show, Cancelled, or Not Booked
- rh_meeting_time and rh_meeting_created_at
- rh_no_show and rh_disqualified flags
- rh_reschedule_link and rh_cancel_link
- rh_owner, the assigned RevenueHero user mapped to an Attio Workspace Member
- Phone numbers captured on the form (deduplicated, so a number already on the Person is not written twice)
- Post-booking question and answer values
On the matched Attio Company record, RevenueHero writes:
- rh_owner, so account-level views in Attio reflect who owns the relationship, not just the contact who filled out the most recent form
- Any Company attributes you have mapped in the integration's field mapping section, populated from the RevenueHero enrichment waterfall. Common fields teams choose to enrich include industry, employee count, annual revenue, and HQ location.
When a form is submitted:
- RevenueHero looks up the Person by email and the Company by domain inside your Attio workspace.
- If a match exists, the lead inherits the existing Attio owner and routes accordingly. If not, RevenueHero creates the Person (and Company) and assigns ownership through your routing rules.
- The qualified prospect is shown calendar slots from the chosen rep and books in real time.
- Within seconds the Person and Company records in Attio reflect the meeting, the assigned owner, and every relevant rh_* attribute.
Configure
To connect:
- In RevenueHero, open Settings > Integrations > Attio and click Connect.
- Authorize the RevenueHero app on the Attio OAuth consent screen for the workspace you want to sync.
- RevenueHero provisions the required rh_* attributes on the Person object (status, type, time, owner, links, campaign, router, no-show, disqualified) and rh_owner on the Company object. Existing custom fields with matching slugs are reused, never overwritten.
- Workspace Members sync automatically. RevenueHero users are matched to Attio members by email. Any rep without a match can be linked from Settings > Members.
- Two default matching rules are seeded for you so inbound meetings respect existing Attio ownership from day one:
- "Assign meetings to existing contact owner"
- "Assign meetings to existing company owner"
Both are editable or can be disabled. 6. Map any Company attributes you want RevenueHero to enrich (industry, employee count, annual revenue, HQ location, or any other firmographic field already on your Attio Company object) from the integration's field mapping section. Only mapped fields are written. 7. Add any Attio Person, Company, or Deal field to your matching, distribution, or routing rules from the rules builder. 8. Embed your RevenueHero form on your website, in-app, or chat surface. New bookings start writing to Attio immediately.
