How it works

Integrating Maple with Attio allows you to automate pricing and approval workflows, ensuring real-time synchronization, and streamlining contract and quote generation. It allows you to remove reliance on outdated CPQ tools, enabling a more efficient and error-free sales process.

Maple removes the need for manual contract generation. Sales teams can leverage the integration to pull customer details from Attio and auto-populate contract templates in Maple. When an opportunity reaches a specific stage in Attio, Maple can generate a personalized proposal, attach relevant documentation, and send it for review.

A sales team using Attio can also manage their deal flow and pipeline benefits by automatically triggering an approval workflow for high-value deals. If a deal exceeds a certain threshold, Maple ensures that finance and legal teams review and approve it before progressing, reducing delays and ensuring compliance. Once approved, Maple updates Attio and notifies stakeholders, keeping all teams aligned.

Configure

To get started with the Attio integration, select Integrations > Available Apps > Attio.

This will take you to an OAuth confirmation screen to grant Maple access to your Attio workspace.

Once you've connected Attio, Maple allows you to search your contacts in Attio while creating contracts or subscriptions. This reduces the effort to spin up contracts for your customers to make deals and invoicing move faster.

Maple will allow for Action Mapping and Field Mapping with Attio for a highly customized integration. The Action Mapping determines what happens in Attio when actions happen in Maple and vice versa. You can configure either Maple or Attio to be the source of truth on the customer or contract information.

This is particularly useful for when you want deal stages to update in Attio based on the status of contract signatures in Maple.
