Overview

Connect Attio to Konnectify to automate workflows and integrate Attio with hundreds of business applications. Trigger automated processes when changes happen in Attio, such as new contacts, updated records, or deal changes. Konnectify can then perform actions in other tools your teams use every day.

You can also sync data from external services back into your Attio workspace, keeping customer information consistent across sales, marketing, support, and operations platforms. This helps reduce manual updates and keeps every team working with accurate, up-to-date data.

Once connected, Konnectify runs your workflows automatically in the background, moving data between Attio and your other tools whenever events occur.

How it works

Start by connecting your Attio account to Konnectify along with the other apps you use. Then create a workflow by choosing a trigger and defining the actions that should follow. For example, when a new person is created in Attio, Konnectify can automatically add the person to a marketing platform, create a task in a project management tool, or send a notification to your team.

Once the workflow is activated, Konnectify runs it automatically in the background, continuously syncing data and executing actions whenever the trigger conditions are met.

Configure

Here’s how to use Konnectify step-by-step:

1. Sign Up or Log In Go to https://www.konnectify.co/login and create an account. Once logged in, you’ll have access to the Konnectify workflow builder.

2. Create a Workflow Click “New” and select a Konnector template. Then choose the applications you want to connect, such as Attio, Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Define the Trigger App, where the event begins, and the Action App, where the resulting action should occur. Example: When a new Person is created in Attio, automatically create a new contact in Salesforce.

3. Authorize Your Apps Connect your Attio account securely using OAuth authentication. You will be redirected to Attio to grant permission for Konnectify to access your workspace.

4. Configure Triggers and Actions Define the event that starts the workflow in Attio and configure what actions should follow. You can also add filters, logic, or data mapping to customize the automation.

5. Activate the Workflow Once the workflow is configured, click Activate. Konnectify will begin running the automation automatically whenever the trigger event occurs.

6. Monitor Your Workflows Use the dashboard to view workflow runs, logs, and activity to ensure everything continues running smoothly.
