Overview
Foyai gives every Attio deal a sales room: one private web page where your buyer finds a recap of the call, the next steps you agreed on, and the content that helps them decide.
And it builds itself. When a deal reaches a stage you pick, foyai drafts that deal’s room from its calls. Your rep reviews it and sends one link. From then on, what the buyer does comes back to the deal in Attio. There’s no workflow to build: you map stages to templates once.
- Reps stop writing follow-ups. The recap, the plan and the best-fit case studies are drafted from the call, and each new call suggests updates. Reps review instead of writing.
- Your champion sells it for you. They forward the room or invite colleagues from it, so the people who weren’t on the call hear the same story. Each buyer who signs in is added to Attio automatically.
- Next steps get done. The action plan is shared with the buyer and synced with Attio tasks. A step finished on either side is finished on both.
- Buyer activity you can sort and automate on. Engagement score, last buyer view, active stakeholders and plan completion land on the deal as Attio fields. Sort your pipeline by them, or use them to trigger your own Attio workflows.
foyai never sends anything to a buyer on its own. Every room waits for your rep.

How it works
Foyai runs on the calls and records you already keep in Attio. Connect once, and here's the flow from deal to published room.
1. Pick a deal. Choose a company or deal and select the call(s) you want to build from. Foyai matches the recording to the right account using your linked records and meeting participants.
2. Foyai drafts the room from your calls. It reads the meeting transcripts in Attio and turns them into a personalized room:
- A recap of what the buyer told you, written from the call
- An action plan with real next steps
- The case studies and content most relevant to this buyer, recommended by AI from your library
3. Add your content and tools. Foyai builds your content library for you by scanning your website to pull in case studies and customer stories. Then it brings your stack into the room as live, interactive content: demos from Navattic and Storylane, decks and PDFs from Google Drive and Slides, Figma designs, Google Sheets, and video.
4. Review, publish, and share one link. Your rep tweaks the draft and publishes in minutes. Buyer rooms are served on a branded subdomain or a custom domain of your choosing.
5. Engagement flows back to Attio. Once the room is live, Foyai writes activity back where your team already works:
- Engagement notes on the record every time a buyer opens the room or reads a section, with a link to full analytics
- Action-plan tasks that sync both ways, so completed next steps stay current in Attio and in the room
- Room records so you can find and reopen any buyer's space from Attio
- Slack alerts the moment a buyer opens a room
Your CRM stays the source of truth. Foyai makes it something your buyer can see.
Configure
1. Create your Foyai workspace.
2. Connect Attio. Connect your Attio workspace through Attio's secure OAuth login. Foyai never sees or stores your password, access is scoped to the one workspace you connect, and you can disconnect anytime, which immediately stops all syncing.
3. Bring in your content. Paste your website and Foyai scans it to pull your case studies in automatically. Connect Google Drive to easily add content so you have the right content from day one.
4. Create your first room. Pick a company or deal, choose a call, and let Foyai draft the room from your transcripts.
What the connection allows:
- Foyai reads your call transcripts, companies, and deals to draft rooms
- Foyai writes engagement notes and action-plan tasks back to the linked records
- No Attio data is ever shown to buyers. Rooms only ever display the content you've reviewed and published
