Configure and edit your user account settings and basic preferences.

Manage and update your user account settings and basic preferences. Changes are automatically saved and updated across every Attio workspace you're in.

Update your profile picture

  • Click on your workspace name and choose Account settings from the dropdown

  • In the Profile tab select Upload new image

  • Select an image from your device - Attio supports PNG, JPEG, and animated GIF files

To remove an uploaded image, click the trash can icon to the right of the image.

Change your name

  • Click your workspace name and choose Account settings from the dropdown.

  • Head to the Profile tab.

  • Update your first and last name in the appropriate fields.

Change your log in email address

Follow these steps to change the email address you use to sign into Attio:

  • Click your workspace name and choose Account settings from the dropdown.

  • Open the Profile tab.

  • Under Primary Email Address, click Edit.

  • Enter the new email address.

  • Attio will send a confirmation email to your current email address.

    • Click Confirm in the email, or

    • Copy the confirmation code, return to Account settings, select Confirm email address, and enter the code.

Once done, you will use the new email address to sign into Attio.

Note: The log in email is entirely separate from email and calendar sync. You can sync a different email address from the one you use to log in if you choose. Learn how to sync email and calendar.

Set your timezone and calendar preferences

  • Click your workspace name and choose Account settings from the dropdown.

  • From the Profile tab, choose your preferred timezone.

Also choose which day you start your week: Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. This will determine the format of your calendar views in Attio.
