Pipeline Factory is a GTM engineering consultancy for B2B SaaS and product-led teams. Attio is the system of record. We build the layer around it that enriches, scores, routes, drafts and reports, so the CRM produces work instead of filing it.

What we build

• Product signals on the account record - Product analytics piped into Attio so active usage, seat utilisation and usage trend live on the company. Thresholds fire on their own: a usage spike, utilisation crossing 85 percent, a new team appearing, a decline that reads as churn risk. Each opens a signal, notifies the owner and creates the task. Nobody finds out at the QBR.
• Inbound that arrives enriched, scored and owned - A form or ad lead lands, is enriched against verified data and not what the person typed, scored for company and role fit by a model that has to explain itself, then posted to Slack as an approve or reject card. One click enrols them in the right Attio sequence.
• AI that drafts, humans who send - The model writes into a review field. Writing to the send field is what enrols the person, so the two are deliberately not the same field. An AI cannot send an email by accident here. That is architecture, not policy.
• Post-close automation - Deal moves to Won and the onboarding record is created, bound to the company and subscription, the CSM notified, the kickoff task scheduled.
• Attribution that is allowed to say no - Every touch ledgered and joined to closed revenue: sourced, influenced, or untouched. On our own programme we reported that our sourced deals closed below the client's own baseline. A report that can only flatter us is not a report.

How we build

• Fill-if-empty writes, so a refresh never overwrites what a human got right
• An error monitor on every workflow, because a silent failure is worse than a loud one
• Retries on every read, because a rate limit misread as no data is how a CRM fills with confident blanks
• A quality gate on every AI output before a person sees it

Typical missions

• Stand up Attio from scratch. Data model, pipelines, imports, automation.
• Migrate from a legacy CRM. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive or spreadsheets.
• Make an existing setup earn its keep. Audit, workflows, dashboards, reporting.
• Connect the GTM stack. Clay, n8n, Slack, product analytics, by API or webhook.
• Fill it. Enrichment, ICP scoring and outbound that writes back to the record.
