Alpgency

Alpgency builds AI and automation on top of Attio for investment funds. We are a European AI and software agency and an Attio Expert Partner. Our founders come from inside funds: Alejandro Pérez was tech lead at a €40M investment fund, and Lucas Brunner led financial-services technology programs. We set up Attio around deals, LPs and portfolio work the way a fund team actually runs them.

What we build in Attio

• Native Attio apps. Our meeting-brief app turns a call transcript into a deal note plus structured fields, with one button on the deal record. If a number was not discussed, it says so.
• Sourcing and enrichment pipelines. Licensed data and public sources, scored against your thesis by an AI judge and delivered to Attio or Slack. Our founder radar for a pre-seed fund went live 9 days after kickoff.
• Workflow automation with n8n. Meetings, inboxes and forms land on the right record, with deal-stage alerts and weekly digests. Alejandro is an n8n Community Ambassador.
• Setup and support. Objects, lists and pipelines for dealflow and LP fundraising, then a fixed monthly retainer once it runs.

Who we work with

Funds first: VC, PE and family-office teams, plus B2B companies where the partners still run the CRM. We have shipped for pre-seed and impact funds in Europe and Latin America.

How it works

1. Free Audit, 30 minutes. A member looks at your Attio workspace and workflows and names the first use case worth automating. No pitch deck.
2. Demo, fixed price. A working version on your own data that you click through before we build it to production.
3. Run. Full handover to your team, a fixed monthly support fee, or us as your tech partner on a fixed schedule.

Pricing

Fixed per use case and agreed before you commit. Most first builds land in the low thousands of euros. Support is a fixed monthly fee from €250. Never hourly.

Beyond Attio

n8n, Claude, Python, Supabase and Postgres, Slack, Clay and Apollo for enrichment, and licensed people data. EU hosting and GDPR-compliant data handling by default. We work in English, Spanish and German, and a founder replies within one working day.
