About the Role

Sales Development Representatives generate top of funnel pipeline at Attio, running outbound campaigns and progressing prospects who've dropped out of the funnel, working closely with our Account Executive team to move qualified opportunities forward. This role is foundational to pipeline generation and one of the clearest paths into broader GTM roles at Attio over time.

 

What You'll Do

  • Run targeted, multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate net-new opportunities

  • Progress prospects who dropped out of the funnel, turning stalled interest back into pipeline

  • Coordinate with AEs to schedule meetings, share calendar context, and communicate early stage discovery

  • Work cross functionally with Marketing and RevOps to improve targeting and process over time

  • Own your outreach and prospect experience from first touch through AE handoff

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop efficient lead funnel processes using Attio
