Why Attio hires graduates

Today we are opening up applications for our fourth cohort of Graduate Associates. The program runs for six months, after which successful Graduates are offered a full-time role at Attio.
What we believe
Attio’s Graduate Program is a core part of our talent philosophy. We have had three years of immense success hiring ambitious, high potential early career builders into the business, giving them an irresponsible amount of responsibility and seeing their careers flourish.
People who thrive at Attio are high energy, curious, first-principles problem solvers. Graduates have them all in abundance. There is no playbook for redefining a software category, and working from first principles is the way you continuously improve. Graduates come with unique questions and fresh perspectives where inexperience becomes a strength, and the curiosity early talent brings lifts the whole company.
Our Graduates have also been some of the strongest leaders in pushing forward new ways of working across the company, supercharged by AI. Everyone accepted into the program is a builder, regardless of background or degree - they all share a high agency attitude to building great outcomes for everyone around them.

How the program works
We hire an intentionally small group of people so that each individual has a large surface area of opportunity. Nothing is off limits if you are capable of owning it.
Giving so much scope to early career talent only works with a strong support system. Every Graduate is paired with a Graduate Sponsor who is responsible for their career development, mentorship and providing direct feedback on their work. Graduates meet with their Sponsors daily in the first few weeks - it is delightfully intense with fast feedback.
Additionally all Graduates meet as a group weekly with a Graduate Advisor to give them wider context on the business and the tech ecosystem, what’s happening in the market, why we are making certain bets, what’s working and what’s not. The transparency is what gives each individual a front row seat into one of the fastest growing technology businesses in Europe.
We are hiring Graduates in three areas of the business:
Go-to-Market: GTM Engineering, Customer Success & Support, Partnerships
Marketing: Growth, Campaigns, Lifecycle
Operations: Office of the CEO, Product Operations, General Operations
We do not screen for a specific degree, background or a polished CV. Instead we look for evidence of what applicants have built, achieved, and approaches to problems that haven’t been seen before.
Where it leads
The past three years of success have forged our next generation of Attio leaders. Past graduates are now in full time roles leading international marketing campaigns across New York, London and San Francisco, running our company off-sites end to end, shipping industry first resources for our 30,000+ customer base.
