ReplyFlux is designed for sales teams, customer success, founders, agencies, and support teams that spend significant time communicating with customers over email.

ReplyFlux securely connects to your Attio workspace using OAuth.

When viewing an email in Gmail or Outlook, ReplyFlux searches Attio for the sender and retrieves relevant CRM information, such as customer records and associated context.

That information is used to:

• Generate context-aware AI email drafts
• Display important customer details alongside the email
• Answer questions about customer records using natural language
• Help users reply more accurately without manually searching Attio

ReplyFlux only accesses the information required to provide these features and does not modify your Attio workspace unless a future feature explicitly requires write access.

To use the Attio integration you will need:

1. An active ReplyFlux account.
2. An Attio workspace with permission to authorize third-party applications.
3. Connect your Attio account from the ReplyFlux Integrations page using OAuth.
4. Once connected, open Gmail or Outlook and ReplyFlux will automatically retrieve relevant customer context while composing or replying to emails.

If your organization uses multiple workspaces, each workspace must be authorized separately.
