Chirp

Chirp is a voice assistant for salespeople. After a meeting or call, open the Chirp app and talk to Birdie, our assistant, the way you would brief a colleague. Birdie works out which deals, people and companies you mean, and turns what you said into Attio updates: a new deal stage, updated details, and notes from the conversation.

Reps spend hours a week typing up CRM notes, and most of it happens late or never. With Chirp, the update takes a minute on the walk back to the car, and your Attio workspace stays current without anyone chasing it.

You can also ask Birdie about your pipeline before a meeting, such as where a deal is up to or when you last spoke to someone, and hear the answer straight from your Attio data.

Chirp will sync the following data from Attio: companies, people, deals and their stages, notes, tasks, meetings, and workspace members, so updates are made under the right owner.

First, connect your Attio workspace from the Chirp app. Chirp imports your records so Birdie can recognise the names you say.

After a conversation, tap to talk and describe what happened. Birdie confirms the records it matched and the changes it heard.

Then review the changes in the app and send them to Attio. Chirp writes the updated fields and notes to the matching records, and keeps them in sync as your team edits in Attio.

Your voice is transcribed and processed by AI to understand your update. Chirp only changes Attio records after you review them, and you can disconnect Attio at any time from the Chirp app.

You will need a Chirp account and the Chirp app for iPhone, available on the App Store. In the app, go to Connectors, choose Attio and sign in to approve access for your workspace. The first import starts straight away and usually finishes within a few minutes, depending on the size of your workspace.

Chirp uses Attio’s standard deal object and its stage attribute, so no custom setup is needed. Each rep connects their own account, and updates are attributed to the workspace member who approved the connection.
