Attio is on a mission to redefine CRM for the AI era.
We’re building the first AI-native CRM — designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams. Backed by top VCs including Redpoint, Balderton, and Point Nine, our team thrives on solving complex technical challenges, delighting our users, and setting a new standard for the industry.
About the role
Our Product team shapes the arc of Attio’s story. We connect vision to execution, blending insight, intuition, and evidence to craft experiences that feel inevitable. We think deeply about how people work together, design systems that scale, and remove friction before it’s felt – orchestrating every step toward value in lockstep with Design, Engineering, GTM, and our users.
We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s growth-minded, relentlessly curious, a systems thinker – and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.
What you'll do
Work closely with Engineering and Design to create seamless and magical collaboration experiences.
Think deeply about how users interact with each other within Attio through tools like Notes, Tasks, Notifications, Sharing, Comments, Files, as well as external collaboration tools.
Own conversion funnels by E2E thinking and building platform-wide systems for feature gating, in-app launches, upselling, education, addons, and expansions.
Own instrumentation decisions, data governance and hygine, incorporate tooling for qualitative and quantitative reporting.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in user onboarding, new user experiences, and TTV.
Establish PLG programs and growth loops in close collaboration with GTM teams.
What you'll bring
4+ years in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS and complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Additional experience in technical or design backgrounds are an advantage.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paces, ambiguous settings. Comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving quickly without sacrificing quality.
Strong track record of driving growth through acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, with experience building product-led growth loops.
Excellent problem-framing skills and customer empathy, combining qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.
Demonstrated success working end-to-end on product areas – from discovery and design through build, launch, adoption, and iteration.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and GTM to drive alignment on outcomes.
Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering, understand trade-offs, and navigate complex product architectures.
Experience shipping or working with AI-powered products and understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
