About the role

Our Operations team builds the machine that lets us move faster than anyone else. We think critically, act decisively, and lay the foundations for scale — from systems and tooling to compliance and culture. We’re not just keeping the lights on, we’re redefining what great looks like behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Lead who’s curious, analytical, and laser-focused on delivering value — and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.

What you'll do

  • Analyze Attio’s full PLG funnel, including understanding pipeline metrics, conversion rates, churn, and ARR growth to identify levers for improvement

  • Partner with revenue and cross-functional leadership to design GTM strategies, territories, and targets that align with company growth goals

  • Optimize our internal GTM tech stack and processes to build for scale

  • Develop GTM engineering and AI strategies for the revenue organization

What you'll bring

  • Track record of building scalable processes for GTM orgs, reducing friction for teams while creating consistency

  • Understanding of the ideal modern Saas GTM tech stack and the technical ability to drive implementation of the best tools for the team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for various audiences

  • 4+ years of professional experience in RevOps or Sales Ops

  • Experience working at early-stage, high-growth startups

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, CRM, GTM software, and/or technical product marketing are a nice to have

Salary Range

  • New York or San Francisco: $140,000 - $180,000

  • London: Salary will be discussed during the interview process

What does the hiring process look like?

  1. Introductory phone call ~ 30 minutes

  2. Hiring Manager interview ~ 30 minutes

  3. Technical case interview ~ 45 minutes

  4. Final Round ~ 3 x 30 minute interviews
