About the role

Our Product team shapes the arc of Attio’s story. We connect vision to execution, blending insight, intuition, and evidence to craft experiences that feel inevitable. We think deeply about how people work together, design systems that scale, and remove friction before it’s felt – orchestrating every step toward value in lockstep with Design, Engineering, GTM, and our users.

We’re looking for a Product Growth Lead who’s growth-minded, relentlessly curious, and a systems thinker – and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.

What you'll do

  • Own the entire user product journey from signup through activation, retention, and monetization

  • Identify and execute on growth opportunities by deeply understanding our users, analyzing data, and running rapid A/B tests and growth experiments

  • Develop and optimize conversion funnels that create a seamless, self-serve experience for new and existing users

  • Lead the strategy for product-led growth (PLG) initiatives, collaborating closely with marketing, sales & success, and support to align on shared goals and outcomes

  • Define and monitor key growth metrics, establishing clear dashboards and reporting to track progress and inform decision-making

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, ensuring we're always learning and optimizing how users engage with Attio

  • Ensure a best in class customer experience that delights users and builds on the Attio brand

What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated success in accelerating user acquisition, activation, and retention in a B2B SaaS context. You have a history of impactful contributions to a growth team, ideally at a startup or scale-up.”

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach. You’re comfortable with SQL, analytics platforms, and using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.

  • Deep understanding of activation, retention, and monetization strategies. You have experience building and optimizing growth loops.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate a clear vision for growth.

  • A creative and resourceful mindset—creative, resourceful, and focused on finding clever ways to accelerate user adoption and engagement.

  • Experience in GTM is a bonus

    • Introductory call ~ 20 minutes

    • Call with Hiring Manager ~ 30 minutes

  2. Interviews

    • Design ~ 30 minutes

    • Product ~ 45 minutes

    • GTM ~ 30 minutes

    • Live workshop ~ 2 hours

  3. Offer stage
