About the role
We’re looking for an IT Manager who will manage and own Attio’s hardware, software and services for both remote / in-office IT setups - ensuring our global team stays productive, secure and compliant as we scale.
This role reports into our VP Engineering and works closest with our Operations team. The Operations team builds the machine that lets us move faster than anyone else. We think critically, act decisively, and lay the foundations for scale — from systems and tooling to compliance and culture. We’re not just keeping the lights on, we’re redefining what great looks like behind the scenes.
What you'll do
Deploy, manage and maintain Attio’s growing fleet of Apple Mac computers, assisting users and troubleshooting issues as required.
Deploy, manage and maintain IT equipment at Attio’s London office, including equipment related to networking, video conferencing, and event and studio spaces.
Manage and maintain user accounts across a wide range of SaaS products (including Google Workspace, Okta, Notion and many more), ensuring Attio’s employees have the right tools to be productive, while at the same time keeping Attio’s data secure.
Maintain compliance evidence of onboarding, offboarding and device management in line with relevant industry certifications.
Review IT vendor relationships for security and compliance, and maintain appropriate evidence in line with Attio’s ISO 27001 control system.
What you’ll bring
Must Have
Experience deploying and troubleshooting Apple Mac hardware.
Experience deploying and troubleshooting MacOS at scale.
Experience managing SaaS software via SSO solutions.
Experience working with and assisting a technical team with high standards for efficiency and tools with IT issues.
Desirable
Experience working with MDM and EPP/EDR solutions.
Experience deploying and maintaining typical office LAN solutions, both wired and wireless.
Experience with video conferencing and other AV hardware.
Experience of working with external, specialist vendors where required.
Experience maintaining compliance evidence (e.g. for ISO27001 or SOC2) regarding access controls and device management.
