Overview

Ply extends Attio with custom functionality tailored to your processes and data, without requiring code. Build Attio-driven features across apps like Gmail, Intercom, and Zendesk to streamline team and customer workflows.

How it works

Once connected, Ply allows you to add custom features directly into Attio and create command bar shortcuts accessible anywhere in your browser via keyboard shortcuts. You can route customer interactions based on Attio data, enabling more personalized and efficient customer support workflows across your connected applications.

Configure

Account connections are credentials that let your Ply features access data in your apps.

You’ll need to create a connection with your Attio account in order to build features using Attio data.

  1. When creating an add-on in Attio, or adding an Attio step in a feature, click “create new connection”.
  2. A modal will appear to connect Attio. You should see the different accounts you have. If not, you will need to log in before you see this page.
  3. Select the account you’d like to connect with Ply. After a few moments, Ply will be successfully connected to your Attio account. Give it a name and save it in the space of your choice.
