- Book Intro Call. We'll discuss your business, goals, and needs so I can better understand how I might be able to help.
- Strategy & Process Mapping Workshop. For implementation projects, we’ll spend 90 mins with you to deep dive into your business, map out your process in real-time using a flowchart and design a clear Attio structure that makes sense for your business model.
- Proposal. We'll draft a proposal based on what we learned in the workshop.
- Project Launch. Once everything is in place, we can hit the ground running and begin executing on your project.
