A rundown of the latest Attio feature releases, product enhancements, design updates, and important bug fixes.

Meeting data in Quick actions

Open Quick actions and click View upcoming meetings to find a new view with all your meetings for that day and the following day, complete with calendar details, recording statuses, and participant records.

Review your meetings, toggle recording controls, and confirm participant statuses, all from one place.

This means you can discover meetings and easily manage your recording preferences ahead of time, ensuring you record the conversations you need and keep the rest private.

Shareable call sections

You can now share the most interesting sections of any conversation with your team, giving the right people all the right context.

For example, share a specific feature request from a customer with your product team, or a question about implementation with your success team.

Simply click and highlight the portion of the transcript you want to share and choose Copy link to section.

Default AI insight templates for calls

You can now choose a default insights template and Attio will automatically apply it to every meeting you join, so you can focus on the conversation while AI provides you with live insights.

For example, you could set a MEDDPICC template as your default, so you can prioritize making connections while Attio analyzes and delivers insights about key decision-makers or core processes during your conversations.

Just open your Call intelligence page in Settings and select your preferred template.

Minimize your call screens

We’ve added the ability to minimize your video screens to give you more space for your transcript, making it easier to review and catch up on conversations.

Simply click the Minimize video icon in the bottom right of any video screen, and click again to expand.

New CPQ integration: Sequence

You can now create quotes and launch billing workflows directly from Attio using Sequence, a modern CPQ, billing and revenue platform for next-generation SaaS companies.

Once connected, simply click the Sequence button in any record to generate a quote instantly with your Attio data. Your sales team can create accurate quotes without leaving Attio, while the finance team gets real-time visibility into deals and revenue.

To add Sequence to your Attio workspace, head to Workspace settings > Apps and click Install Sequence. To learn more about how this integration works, see Sequence’s docs.

  • Added recording controls so that anyone in a call can now turn recording off while it’s in progress, even if you’re not the host.

  • The Record API now includes a web_url link. Click it from any integration and jump straight to that record in Attio.

  • Decreased the latency of agentic actions, speeding up our research agent, workflows, and more.

  • Improved attribute search to surface only the most relevant results, and group similar results for easier selection.

  • Shared call link previews now include the meeting name, summary, date, and duration of the call.

  • Refreshed our Object settings pages for a cleaner layout and more consistent user experience.

  • Added section titles to the attribute finder menu that stay visible while you scroll, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for.

  • Updated the design of our developer settings page so you can view your tokens and docs more easily.

Introducing Attio for desktop

We've just launched Attio for desktop, bringing the full power of your CRM to your Mac.

Share calls with anyone

We've just shipped public sharing for your call recordings, so you can instantly share any customer conversation with anyone who needs it.

Every shared recording includes a complete transcript, speaker timeline, summary, and meeting details, ensuring everyone has all the context they need.

Simply click Share in the top right corner of any call page and toggle Share to web to generate a unique link. You can disable sharing at any time to remove access.

AI insight templates

With Call Intelligence, AI automatically surfaces insights during or after your calls, based on what you want to track.

To help you get started, we’ve built a library of 20+ proven templates — from sales qualification, to customer success, product feedback, and more.

For example, sales teams can use our MEDDPICC template to automatically log key qualification details, while customer success can leverage our Product Demo template to successfully identify next steps for a call.

Simply click New template and choose Start with a template to browse our library, just as you would in lists.

Pin your windows while working

You can now keep your windows visible while you work elsewhere in Attio. Watch call recordings at the bottom of your screen, pin your notes for reference, or minimize email drafts — everything stays accessible but unobtrusive.

For example, you can minimize a call recording while reviewing a customer's record, or reference meeting notes while drafting a follow-up email — all without switching pages.

To get started, click the Pin to screen icon in any window.
