Introducing Attio for desktop

We've just launched Attio for desktop, bringing the full power of your CRM to your Mac.

Share calls with anyone

We've just shipped public sharing for your call recordings, so you can instantly share any customer conversation with anyone who needs it.

Every shared recording includes a complete transcript, speaker timeline, summary, and meeting details, ensuring everyone has all the context they need.

Simply click Share in the top right corner of any call page and toggle Share to web to generate a unique link. You can disable sharing at any time to remove access.

AI insight templates

With Call Intelligence, AI automatically surfaces insights during or after your calls, based on what you want to track.

To help you get started, we’ve built a library of 20+ proven templates — from sales qualification, to customer success, product feedback, and more.

For example, sales teams can use our MEDDPICC template to automatically log key qualification details, while customer success can leverage our Product Demo template to successfully identify next steps for a call.

Simply click New template and choose Start with a template to browse our library, just as you would in lists.

Pin your windows while working

You can now keep your windows visible while you work elsewhere in Attio. Watch call recordings at the bottom of your screen, pin your notes for reference, or minimize email drafts — everything stays accessible but unobtrusive.

For example, you can minimize a call recording while reviewing a customer's record, or reference meeting notes while drafting a follow-up email — all without switching pages.

To get started, click the Pin to screen icon in any window.

Connect any record to your meetings

Meetings in Attio already automatically connect to associated People and Company records. Our latest update makes it possible to connect meetings to any record in Attio, from any object.

For example, you can link your prospect meetings to their Deal records, or connect partnership discussions to Partnership records. Every connected meeting automatically appears in that record's timeline and Calls tab, giving you complete visibility into every relationship.

To add or create a new linked record, click + in the Linked records section while viewing your meeting details. You can also do this during a live call or while viewing a call recording.

New Aircall integration

We've just shipped a new integration with Aircall, which allows you to sync and enrich all your call data inside Attio. By leveraging Attio and Aircall together, you can now:

  • Call contacts in a single click: Make calls directly from Attio with just one click in any record page.

  • Bulk dial multiple records: Blitz through call queues by bulk-adding multiple records from Attio to a power-dialing session in Aircall.

  • Intelligent insight cards for every call: See relevant customer information right in your dialer for every incoming and outgoing call.

  • Automatically sync calls and notes: Simplify record updates with automatic call syncing. Every call creates a note in Attio, which is added to the activity timeline and enriched with detailed call data.

  • Route calls with context: Ensure inbound calls reach the right person by syncing Attio’s customer insights with Aircall routing.

Custom record actions

You now have even more power when it comes to configuring your team’s experience in Attio.

With the new Edit button, you can customize which actions appear in your record page toolbar and arrange them in any order. Add your most-used actions and integrations so that they’re just one click away.

For example, you can configure shortcuts to enroll a record in a sequence, or call a person via our Aircall dialer, to speed up your customer outreach.

Plus, we've redesigned the toolbar to be cleaner and more compact, so you can find and trigger key actions instantly.

To start customizing your record actions, simply open any record and select Configure page from the top right.

Improved settings pages

We've refreshed our Settings pages to improve the user experience, making it easier than ever to manage your workspace settings.

Tables have been revamped with filters, sticky headers, and full-page scrolling so you can easily configure your workspace, your way.

We’ve also unified layouts, headers, and back buttons across all pages to ensure a smoother workflow.

Changelog (March 13, 2025)

  • We’ve made significant updates to our Outreach integration. You can now run sequences directly from record pages and quick-action menus. Click Add to sequence to manually add prospects to a sequence, or bulk-add multiple prospects by selecting Outreach from a view in Attio.

  • Our partners have built a new integration with Caret, an AI powered meeting assistant that allows you to transcribe, translate and enrich your calls and conversations inside Attio.

  • For our Redefining CRM campaign, we launched a meticulously designed microsite and manifesto. Or if you’re in SF, check out our billboards across the city.

  • All attribute tags now have consistent colors to meet AA accessibility on dark and light modes, ensuring improved readability.

  • Shipped a brand new careers page, complete with a detailed graph which captures every feature, update and fix we’ve ever shipped.
