Why is this role important?

As a Visual Designer at Attio you will help build our brand identity and deliver visual storytelling moments.

We are particularly interested in hearing from people with:

  • 2-4 years of professional design experience

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and composition skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Experience designing for B2B or tech companies

  • Background working within established brand systems

Whose team will you join?

Our Marketing team is responsible brand and product-led communications; attracting customers, and generating leads for conversion through PLG or our Sales, Success, and Support motion.

The team is growing under the guidance of Alex Vale. Day-to-day work focuses on growing awareness of Attio by amplifying our customer’s voices and unique product differences, with the ultimate goal of getting Attio into the hands of more teams.

What are the role requirements?

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Commit to a minimum of 3 days per week (or the equivalent of 24 hours across the week)

  • Create compelling visual content across marketing campaigns, surfaces, and collateral

  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team members to meet campaign objectives

  • Contribute to smaller design projects independently while supporting larger initiatives

We believe the right person will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and motion design

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Strong understanding of design for web and digital platforms

  • Strong communication skills and ability to receive feedback

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

What does the hiring process look like?

We respond to candidates within 48 hours of each interview.
