Our Marketing team shapes how the world sees and experiences Attio. We think strategically, move fast, and obsess over quality — from acquisition to brand to product marketing. We experiment constantly, craft clear narratives, and focus relentlessly on what drives growth.

We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who’s equal parts data, creativity, and drive — and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.

What you'll do

  • Own our demand generation strategy, looking across paid, organic, and owned channels to develop an efficient and dynamic growth engine.

  • Develop, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across channels like search, social, display, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition and ROI.

  • Develop, experiment, and scale successful SEO and LLMO strategies to drive organic growth.

  • Develop and oversee audience-specific programs (e.g. startup program, affiliates).

  • Develop lifecycle marketing programs to drive conversions and sales opportunities.

  • Own website CRO experiments and results with our website team.

  • Hire, lead, and mentor team members (e.g. performance or lifecycle managers), agencies, and contractors, ensuring consistent execution and optimization of programs and campaigns.

  • Regularly analyse acquisition and funnel performance data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.

  • Track, forecast, and report on KPIs such as sign ups, sales pipeline, CAC, and budget in partnership with Finance

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align on initiatives that drive growth.

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years of growth marketing experience across paid, organic, and owned channels, with a strong track record in driving demand and revenue for product-led growth (PLG) businesses

  • Proven leadership in building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, including mastery of key platforms, tools, techniques, and attribution modeling

  • Strong command of organic and owned channels, with hands-on experience in SEO, LLMO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing

  • Robust data and analytics capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic, high-impact actions
