About the role
Our Marketing team shapes how the world sees and experiences Attio. We think strategically, move fast, and obsess over quality — from acquisition to brand to product marketing. We experiment constantly, craft clear narratives, and focus relentlessly on what drives growth.
We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead Attio’s growth efforts, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, reporting to the VP of Marketing.
What you'll do
Own our demand generation strategy, looking across paid and organic channels and the lifecycle funnel to develop an efficient and dynamic growth engine
Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels like search, social, display, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition and ROI
Develop, experiment with, and scale successful community, referral, and LLMO strategies to drive organic growth
Develop and oversee audience-specific programs (e.g. startup program, affiliates)
Develop lifecycle marketing programs to drive activation, conversion, and sales opportunities
Own pre-activation CRO experiments and results alongside our marketing site team
Hire, lead, and mentor team members (e.g. in performance, lifecycle, data science), agencies, and contractors, ensuring consistent execution and optimization of programs and campaigns
Track, forecast, and report on KPIs such as signups, sales pipeline, CAC, and budget in partnership with Finance
Partner with Product on post-activation CRO experiments
What you'll bring
7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong track record in paid performance marketing, organic, and owned channels
Performance marketing expertise: proven mastery of key marketing platforms, tools, and techniques, with deep knowledge of attribution modeling
Strong full-funnel experience: deep understanding of social, CRO, and lifecycle marketing. Bonuses for LLMO experience.
Product-led growth experience: demonstrated success driving demand and revenue in PLG companies
Data and analytics expertise: ability to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and develop effective strategies based on findings
Clear communicator: ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Inspiring leader: track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams
Salary range
New York: $200,000 - $250,000
London: Salary will be discussed during the interview process
