Why is this role important?

As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will lead Attio’s growth efforts, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This role is critical to scaling our growth through paid performance, organic, and owned channels.

We are particularly interested in hearing from people with the following experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong track record in paid performance marketing, organic, and owned channels.

  • Proven success driving demand and revenue for product-led growth businesses.

  • Leadership experience with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.

  • Strong data and analytics background.

What are the role requirements?

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Own our demand generation strategy, looking across paid, organic, and owned channels to develop an efficient and dynamic growth engine.

  • Develop, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across channels like search, social, display, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition and ROI.

  • Develop, experiment, and scale successful SEO and LLMO strategies to drive organic growth.

  • Develop and oversee audience-specific programs (e.g. startup program, affiliates).

  • Develop lifecycle marketing programs to drive conversions and sales opportunities.

  • Own website CRO experiments and results with our website team.

  • Hire, lead, and mentor team members (e.g. performance or lifecycle managers), agencies, and contractors, ensuring consistent execution and optimization of programs and campaigns.

  • Regularly analyse acquisition and funnel performance data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.

  • Track, forecast, and report on KPIs such as sign ups, sales pipeline, CAC, and budget in partnership with Finance

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align on initiatives that drive growth.

We believe the right person will have the following skills and experience:

  • Performance marketing expertise: proven mastery of key marketing platforms, tools, and techniques, with deep knowledge of attribution modelling.

  • Strong organic and owned channels experience: deep understanding of SEO, LLMO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Product-led growth experience: demonstrated success driving demand and revenue in PLG companies.

  • Data and analytics expertise: ability to analyse data, extract meaningful insights, and develop effective strategies based on findings.

  • Clear communicator: ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

  • Inspiring leader: track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
