What is Attio?

Attio is the CRM for the next generation of businesses. We're transforming the world’s largest software category from the ground up, building the new foundation that will define how companies operate in the AI era. Thousands of ambitious companies are already building their future on Attio, and we’re just getting started. Working with us, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape the next era of business software while doing the most important work of your career.

What's it like to work at Attio?

At Attio, excellence isn't just encouraged — it's expected. We're not just building another product: we're defining the next era of business software for decades to come.

Every day brings new challenges as we bring a revolutionary product to market, and we give you the context and ownership to tackle them. We've assembled a team that combines deep operational excellence with true mastery of their craft — people who take pride in pushing boundaries, obsessing over details, and continuously raising our standards. You'll work alongside alumni from companies like Stripe, Asana, Twilio, and Segment who have defined and built some of technology's most successful categories.

Our mission is to build the definitive CRM for the next generation of businesses. This means we never accept “good enough.” We move at incredible speed while maintaining extraordinary quality. We challenge ideas rigorously while supporting each other completely, focusing on making the right decisions fast. When you join Attio, you're joining a team that believes in both individual excellence and collective success.

This is a rare moment to be part of something transformative. You'll work with some of the most ambitious people in technology, help define the largest category in SaaS, and drive the next era of business software.

Why is this role important?

Attio is building the next generation of CRM — flexible, powerful, and beautifully designed for modern teams. As we grow, we know that world-class customer experiences don’t stop at the product — they extend into onboarding, implementation, and every touchpoint along the way.

We’re looking for a GTM Partnerships Lead to help us build and scale a thriving ecosystem of System Integrators (SIs), who we call our Attio experts. They support Attio customers with setup, onboarding, and custom implementation. This is a high-impact role with both strategic and operational responsibility. You’ll lay the foundation for our partner program, own key relationships, and work cross-functionally to ensure customers and partners both succeed.

What are the role requirements?

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Develop our partner program which is currently in beta. Including application, vetting, onboarding, listing, and ongoing enablement.

  • Build infrastructure that connects Attio customers with the right partners for their needs.

  • Map the landscape segment partners by company size, vertical, and specialty area and use that to inform ecosystem design and partner selection.

  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound strategies to attract a high-quality, diverse mix of implementation partners.

  • Onboard and support new partners including documentation, training resources, and high-touch support during initial projects.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Success, and Marketing to ensure our partner program supports customers and scales well.

  • Own ongoing partner relationships acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners and helping them grow within the Attio ecosystem.

  • Track partner performance and customer satisfaction to ensure high-quality experiences and iterate on the program.

We believe the right person will have the following skills and experience:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, success, solutions, or similar roles — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • You’ve built or contributed to SI, channel, expert or service partner programs from the ground up or helped scale one at a high-growth company.

  • You’re equal parts strategic thinker and scrappy operator — comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build.

  • You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder, able to manage multiple external partners while aligning internal stakeholders.

  • You’re process-oriented but not rigid — you know how to design systems that evolve with the business.

  • You’re energized by helping others succeed — both customers and partners.

Bonus points if:

  • You’ve worked on CRM, RevOps, or implementation services in the past.

  • You have experience working with international or vertical-specific SI partners.

  • You’ve helped launch partner portals, certifications, or marketplaces.
