GTM Partnerships Lead

Founding Partnerships hire to build and scale our partner ecosystem, including scaling the Attio expert program.

Location

London Office

Attio is on a mission to redefine CRM for the AI era.

We’re building the first AI-native CRM — designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams. Backed by top VCs including Redpoint, Balderton, and Point Nine, our team thrives on solving complex technical challenges, delighting our users, and setting a new standard for the industry.

About the role

Our Sales team is deeply solution-oriented. We put the customer first, move fast, and think strategically — delivering value throughout the entire journey. We’re not just here to hit numbers. We’re here to help our customers grow, and to shape the next generation of go-to-market.

We’re looking for a GTM Partnerships Lead who’s strategic, ambitious, and laser-focused on delivering value — and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.

What you'll do

  • Develop our partner program which is currently in beta. Including application, vetting, onboarding, listing, and ongoing enablement.

  • Build infrastructure that connects Attio customers with the right partners for their needs.

  • Map the landscape segment partners by company size, vertical, and specialty area and use that to inform ecosystem design and partner selection.

  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound strategies to attract a high-quality, diverse mix of implementation partners.

  • Onboard and support new partners including documentation, training resources, and high-touch support during initial projects.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Success, and Marketing to ensure our partner program supports customers and scales well.

  • Own ongoing partner relationships acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners and helping them grow within the Attio ecosystem.

  • Track partner performance and customer satisfaction to ensure high-quality experiences and iterate on the program.

What you'll bring

  • You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, success, solutions, or similar roles — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • You’ve built or contributed to SI, channel, expert or service partner programs from the ground up or helped scale one at a high-growth company.

  • You’re equal parts strategic thinker and scrappy operator — comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build.

  • You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder, able to manage multiple external partners while aligning internal stakeholders.

  • You’re process-oriented but not rigid — you know how to design systems that evolve with the business.

  • You’re energized by helping others succeed — both customers and partners.

  • 25 days holiday plus local public holidays

  • Apple hardware
