About the role

Our Marketing team shapes how the world sees and experiences Attio. We think strategically, move fast, and obsess over quality — from acquisition to brand to product marketing. We experiment constantly, craft clear narratives, and focus relentlessly on what drives growth.

We're looking for a Creator & Community Lead who will lead our creator and community programs, focusing on community building, content creators, organic social, and events, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This role is critical to scaling Attio’s brand and growth through our community.

What you'll do

  • Build and grow an engaged community, fostering authentic connections between customers, partners, and Attio through our own community forum, events, and socials.

  • Build, grow, and manage our creator program and social content partnerships.

  • Manage and scale our social presence, helping to craft compelling narratives and engagement strategies that amplify brand awareness and customer loyalty.

  • Assist in planning, executing, and measuring success of integrated campaigns that connect brand investments with social, content, and community initiatives.

  • Hire, lead, and mentor team members ensuring high-quality execution of programs and campaigns.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in community building, influencer marketing, events, and socials.

  • Proven success scaling community programs at brand and design-first companies.

  • Excellent communication abilities with experience adapting campaigns to different audiences and channels.

  • Proven experience in community building, customer marketing, and social media, ideally in a leadership role within a brand and design-first company.

  • Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and community management, with a track record of building and growing engaged audiences.

  • Brand-focused mindset with a focus on content quality, narratives, and partnerships strategy.
