We’ve just shipped our integration with Hightouch, so you can easily leverage your complete user and product data inside Attio.
We know how painful it usually is to run a product-led growth (PLG) business model with a CRM. Adapting the rigid data structures of traditional CRMs for PLG is costly, manual and tedious, and even then often fails to provide a single source of truth for your GTM team.
Attio is different: it’s been built from the very beginning to natively support PLG, with the power and flexibility to support any other business model or data structure. Our new integration with Hightouch makes it easier than ever to put your data to work and accelerate your growth.
Hightouch is completely disrupting the data activation space. Hightouch’s Reverse ETL enables any user, regardless of technical ability, to easily sync any data from your data warehouse into other tools in your stack. Leading companies such as Ramp, Retool, Plaid, Spotify, and more leverage Hightouch to put their data to work and power their growth.
"We’re thrilled about our integration with Attio. What Attio is doing in the CRM space is quite remarkable. PLG is one of the fastest-growing GTM motions in tech, and for a CRM to have native support for it is a big differentiator. Using Hightouch and Attio, customers can supercharge their GTM motions by harnessing their complete data set inside a powerful, modern CRM." — Tejas Manohar, co-founder and co-CEO of Hightouch
A CRM that truly represents your business model
With Attio’s powerful object data model, you can use Hightouch to sync virtually any type of data from your warehouse into Attio. Since we’re PLG native, we’ve already got Workspaces
and Users
objects ready for you, but you can also use custom objects to sync any type of data.
Once you’ve connected Hightouch to both your warehouse and Attio, you can establish rules for syncing data. It’s easy to match records between your warehouse and Attio by choosing a unique identifier to update or create a record whenever there is a new or updated row in your warehouse.
For example, you can use user_id
to map data about a particular individual’s product usage to the Users
object in Attio. You can then use this data in Attio to identify opportunities for upselling based on real-time data.
On a more fine-grained level, you can also use field mapping to sync specific columns from your warehouse to particular attributes in Attio. For PLG motions, for instance, you can map billed and active seat counts to particular attributes within the Workspaces object, enabling you to prioritize outreach to accounts whose usage is dropping.
In just a few steps, you can power your CRM with all your customer data, ensuring that your GTM team has all the information they need to take the right action at the right time.
Automate, iterate, and accelerate PLG to new heights
By integrating Attio with Hightouch, you can unify your business, customer and product data to supercharge your PLG motion. Your GTM team will have all the right tools to build systems that automate signals for things like:
