## How to contact Attio Support

There are a few ways to get in touch:

- When using Attio, click the **?** icon in the top-right of any page and choose **Support**.
- Email the team at support@attio.com.
- On attio.com, including this Help center, click the chat icon in the lower-right of any page to send a message to the team.

### Access past Support chats

Follow these steps to view your past conversations with Attio's Support team:

- Within Attio, click the **?** icon in the top-right of any page and choose **Support**. From the Help center, click the chat icon in the lower-right corner of the page.
- In the chat modal that opens, click over to the **Messages **tab.
- There you can access a list of your past conversations, and click any conversation to view it.

- What steps did you take leading up to the bug?
